It’s fair to say, that introducing any new marketing initiative or item into a business needs careful consideration, adequate planning, sufficient training and plenty of support. When you have all these elements in place, and add them to the Hearing Screeners simple yet effective interface, then yes it’s easy to use. Anyone with a basic level of experience in using computers to access information can easily be taught how to take full advantage of the lead generation data HearScreenerTM collects for you.

 

Before you’ve even ordered your HearScreenerTM, we would have visited you on site, given you a full demonstration, established how best to locate it and determined what marketing and user training you require. We’ll be there when it’s delivered, and help you with installation and setup.

 

Once you’re happy, we’ll stay in close contact until you're proficient, and we’ll always be there to help via our support desk. Remember, we don’t just want you to succeed and grow, we insist upon it, to show the value HearScreenerTM brings to businesses such as yours, and share your successes. We’ll be there whenever you need us.

Site The Kiosk

For maximum effect, site the kiosk in a well trafficked yet convenient area of your premesis. Check your wireless broadband strength is good.

Download Your App

HearScreenerTM has created your custom app. The App is pre-installed on the device, and will be specifically configured on site during setup.

Get Introduced

HearScreenerTM provide introductory training in your hardware and software package, answering any immediate questions you may have.

Test Your Connections

Test your data connections by submitting test screening results, viewing the lead data and testing SMS messaging. You’re ready to go!

  

Equipment Standards

 

Touch-Screen Device

The HearScreenerTM app has been developed for Apple® iOS® and the latest iPad® tablet hardware, utilising excellent build quality and operating system interfaces for maximum usability and minimum ongoing support requirements.

Making the app for iPad® allows us to remotely distribute and install the app and subsequent updates via Apple's AppStore, should your installation need to be reloaded or modified, usually without the need for a member of our service team to visit your installation.

The hardware itself had to boast reliability and reputation; we chose Apple’s lead product,the iPad® Air, to run the application and give that feel of solid reliability.

 

Contemporary Kiosk

When designing and producing the kiosk housing, we chose a sleek unobtrusive design, but gave it the presence it needed to be seen and attract interest, through its own additional lighting, and the ability to brand to your specification. Manufactured in Germany to high material product standards we ensure that all components, from stand to wet-wipe dispenser, fit perfectly to create a true concept item.

User Support

PDF Guide

While all the installation and initial user training is provided on site on the day of agreed delivery, we recognise that it takes a little while to get fully familiar with new systems, no matter how simple and self-explanatory we’ve designed it.

Your HearScreenerTM comes with a PDF Guide, should you need to repeat it's setup or troubleshoot any minor error in it's operation.

 

Telephone Support

Also rest assured, we’re on standby at the end of a phone, during offices hours Friday to Saturday to handle any questions or queries you may have.

More importantly in the first few months, we’ll be keeping in regular contact to make sure you're happy and getting the most out of the system.

 

Additional Business Support

We will also provide a helping hand if you need it, in how best to convert the lead into an appointment and potentially a sale. With the range of expertise and experience our development team has in business growth, from marketing strategy, sales coaching, web development and graphic design, whatever may be of value, we have the expertise to hand.
